Filia Oil Pastels are a popular range of oil pastels offering excellent quality at an unbelievable price. They work well on most papers, but for best results use a lightly textured paper. All colours are fully blendable. Finished work has the added benefit of being light fast, rub resistant and non toxic.
While they are safe for children ages 3 and above, in Waldorf schools the medium is typically done by students in the upper grades.
